All the device specs are given -40C to +125C. Then the "package option addendum" is -40C to +85C.
This is different from the TPS799 which consistently lists 125C in both locations.
Designing around a worst-case ambient temperature of 85C, this precludes me from using the TPS730 in my application.
What does the 85C refer to in the TPS730 package option addendum and parametrics? Is it the maximum junction temperature? Operating temperature? The temperature of the regulator will rise above ambient...
