Dear TI Sir :

My customer design AM3715 with TPS65950.

Because TPS65950 support Keypad Interface (up to 8 × 8)

But TPS65950 NRND. Could you recommend a new one.

Hi Terry,

If customer is copying an existing design, they can continue to use TPS65950. It is NRND because support for this part is limited similar to the support for all OMAP3 based processors.

The processor overview page (which is also no longer supported) here has some alternate options with TPS65910, TPS65023, and TPS65073: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../DM37x_Overview

Note that the whole TPS65950, TPS65951, TPS65920, TPS65921, and TPS65930 are all in the same family NRND.
