CSD16323Q3: SOA

Thanks for posting.
The CSD16323Q3 has the best SOA we offer for a SON3x3 package.
If you can move to a larger package, say SON5x6, then there are various options such as the CSD17573Q5B or CSD17559Q5 or the CSD16415Q5. Depending on the performance required will dictate which product is best.
I see you are form one of our distributors and will have access to ESP, there is a presentation on MOSFETs for Hot Swap application which has information on SOA.
