I'm looking to understand the difference between the LMZ10505 and the LMZ10505EXT

Are the differences all in the packaging, mechanical, thermal or shock and vibration tolerance categories?

Are there any electrical circuit differences?

    Hi Dave,

    The difference is in the extra testing done on the LMZ10505EXT, namely the "Vibration Standard" and "Drop Standard". Also the LMZ10505EXT has a Tj range of -55C to 125C while the LMZ10505 only goes from -40C to 125C. The electrical characteristics and circuitry in both are identical.
