FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO: VOUT_MODE read error

Part Number: FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00653, UCD3138FW-BIDI

Hi,

I'm having trouble interfacing the TIDA-00653 with Fusion Studio Online. The device is loaded with the provided firmware ().

by using UCD3xxx Device GUI, i was able to download the above firmware onto the device, as well as using Memory Debugger and Bi-DCDC GUI. The Fusion Studio Online detected the device, but returned the error

There was an error bootstrapping the Fusion GUI for the DC-DC @ Address 88d:

The following PMBus commands could not be read from the DC-DC @ Address 88d:
VOUT_MODE
These commands are required for Fusion Digital Power Studio to run.

Please verify firmware and power and try again or contact customer support if you continue to have difficulties. at TIDP.PMBus.PMBusUIUtils.Verify_Parameters_Readable(PMBusDevice device, IEnumerable`1 command_ids) at TIDP.PMBus.PMBusUIUtils.Verify_Required_Parameters_Readable(PMBusDevice device) at TIDP.WinForms.Apps.DPGUI.DeviceControl.t() at TIDP.WinForms.Apps.DPGUI.DeviceControl.z()

The Fusion GUI can not continue due to this error.

I tried the solution found at      but it did not fix the issue.

using Device Debug Report return
