Dear 

Below is my circuit topology，input switching frequency is 150Khz

Sometime it will appear LGATE not output，but UGATE continue output，test wareform as below，1 ch is UGATE，2 ch is LGATE

From datasheet，should not appear this station,pls help check it

    Thanks for asking about TPS28225! Im an apps engineer with this device.

    can you tell me the purpose of the cap divider load between 15V supply and GND? its resonant frequency is 36khz which might explain the oscillations on UGATE. Also, It looks like there is not a VDD cap from this schematic, this might be an issue we need to investigate.

    We need to know what the PHASE pin is doing wrt UGATE/LGATE so we can see if the boot cap is is being charged properly and how LO usually behaves. Can you please retake the plot with LGATE,UGATE,PHASE and PWM during normal operation and missing LO operation.
