I read the section "Do's and Don'ts" on the datasheet.
It's mentioned that EN do not exceed the threshold before VCC reach the min voltage.
In this case, how is the voltage of FLAG before VCC reach the min voltage?
(Low voltage ? or Hi-z ?)
