I got a question from my customer about BQ25600D

Does the tolerance of VT1~5 in JEITA Thermistor Comparator (BUCK MODE) of Electrical Characteristics include the tolerance of VREGN?

VREGN has no impact to tolerance because VT is measured as percentage of VREGN.

Yokota-san:

The VT percentage accuracy depends on internal resistance divider which has been trimmed. So VT percentage is independent of charge current and system output.
