About CSD18531Q5AT, In datasheet Addendum-Page 1 , 
There is only CSD18531Q5A on Op Temp (° C)　-55 to 150℃ there.

What is the Op Temp (° C) value of CSD18531Q5AT？

    Thank you for the question.

    The "T" at the end of the part number CSD18531Q5AT is to designate a small reel size (250 units, see datasheet page 1). The CSD18531Q5A and CSD18531Q5AT are the same product and therefore the Op Temp is the same.
