How can I calculate ripple current and output capacitance for the regulator ic LM20146. My input is 5v and output is 3.3v,6A

    The equation for choosing the inductor is in the datasheet, Equation 3 on page 14. If you know the inductor value you can solve for deltaIL which is the ripple current. The output capacitor selection guide is given in the datasheet on page 15.
