looking for a 5A or above Synchronous buck regulator with low dropout feature

I am looking for a buck regulator,which has such features:

input 5V output 4.6V,max input voltage can exceed 12V

low high-side and low-side MOSFET on-resistance 

output current can exceed 4A

low cost is better
