1.GPCRA0 and learning cycle  both affect the Qmax and Ra table.   right?   but have a different instruction guide,  which one should i use. thanks

3. should i do learing cycle or GPCRA0  ,then  do GPCRB?

    To use the gauge you first need to perform a chem ID match on your cell. Once you have that, for room temperature characterization, please perform your cycle using GPCRA0. Follow this with the GPCRB to optimize for temperatures. Once you have this data, you can verify the results obtained using the learning cycle.
