BQ24095: If BQ24095 has IEC 62133 safety qualification?

Dear Sirs, 

I am seeking for 40mAh~80mAh battery charger IC solution, charging source comes from USB and needs IEC 62133 qualification. 

I found BQ24095 that would be a good solution but not sure if right selection. Do you have any suggestion? thanks.
