LM22676: LM22676 abnormal output

Dears

Customer has design LM22676 in their product.But they find different input has different result.

1.Input with DC stabilizer can output 5V normal.

2.input with 12V/1A it couldn't output 5V ,but below operation could output normal 5v

when i touch pin 4 it could output normal 5V

remove R10

remove my pcb crystal.

I think we need a little more information to help.
Are you saying that the appliation is OK with a 12V bench supply connected to the input ? What is the load current ?

What kind of input supply are you using and what load current when the application fails ?

When the output voltage is not correct is it too high or too low?

Can you send us a view of your PCB layout?
