Thanks for your reply. Do you have any recommended model name in TI for Half Bridge Gate Driver Application (with 400V bus voltage)?

    Hi Wayne:

    TI has several solutions for this half bridge gate drive  isolation application..

    1. ISOW7841  is available as 5Vin to 5Vout at 130mA.

    2. SN6505B with selected Wurth Transformers may meet these requirements .See  the specification for isolation details.
