Could you tell me about variation in the Softstart bias current (6uA) and the error amp output clamp release voltage (1.8V)?

Hi Tetsuro,

The 1.8V here is the highest SS voltage that soft-start is completed, and not impact normal application case.

For most of case soft-start is completed at SS voltage about 0.6V.

Below diagram from datasheet may help you understand this: SS voltage clamp COMP pin voltage through PNP/PMOS, the COMP pin low threshold voltage is about 0.85V(no current), 1.5V on COMP pin already means high current.
