    You wrote LM3724 but gave the part number as LM3723IM5-4.63. I don't believe the top mark R13B matches LM3723IM5-4.63 or any LM3723 or LM3724 device. The closest match is with top mark R55B matches LM3724IM5-4.63.

    For top mark R13B, I believe that corresponds to an LDO device.

    As for MRA bottom mark, the most likely date of manufacture for that bottom mark is end of year in 2012 or end of year in 2015.

    I am not sure we can say for sure the manufacture date without having more information about the specific part. Can you confirm the device is what you think it is? Can you provide the lot number?
