Does the thermal information in Section 6.4 of the datasheet have enough information for your PCB thermal analysis needs?

Thanks for the quick response, but I already reviewed that section.  I need a thermal conductivity (W/m-K).  Section 6.4 just gives an impedance.  Is there a way to estimate thermal conductivity knowing the impedance?  I don't know of one.

I'll have to see what I can find on my end within the team. Since the power module is made up of many different components: metal lead frame, internal inductor, mold compound, etc, each one of those have their own thermal conductivity. That is the reason why I was confused since there are many different factors. The thermal impedance is a value that is meant to help customers understand how much copper area is needed for a particular power application.

I'll try to get more information on the thermal conductivity if any and get back to you if there are anything new.

Jimmy, I just approximated one based on the thermal impedance in the data sheet and the overall height of the component. I'll just use this one for now. You can close this one out. Thanks for trying.
