LM5106: Find some part like LM5106 without driver stage

Part Number: LM5106

I would like to konw if TI have a part whose input may be PWM for top FET and output is the PWM for bottom FET with dead time for half bridge application. It's like complementary gate circuit with DT but without gate driver, something like LM5106 without driver stage.

Thanks for your question, Im an apps eng and will help you out. So your looking for a half bridge driver with a single input with deadtime? All of our drivers have the output driver included. We have complementary driver with less than LM5106 drive current however LM5106 should be able to work by adding a large external gate resistor to limit the current capability. Its also possible that TI has a logic device that should work for you if cascading the LM5106 with an external gate resistor wont.

Hi Jeffrey,

Sorry for my words which are pretty hard for understanding. You're right, what I need is a logic part that can transfer async power to sync. This part is one PWM signal input and complementary PWM signal output with deadtime control fucntion. Do you know any part of TI can deal with this designer requirement? thanks.

It doesnt look like we have an IC that will fully do this however this is the power forum so If you repost this question in the Logic forum I think you might get a better answer.

Check out what I found in my research:
1) we can use some logic gate ICs and some external components for an RC filter to form some deadtime.

2) Ive also heard of trying a couple of 555 timers and programming a similar delay
