What can cause to Low-side MOSFET shorten,during start-up testing? Vin 12v ,Vout 3.3v ,Iout 0.5A.

Hi Benny,

Usually poor PCB layout or an input over-voltage destroy an internal power FET.

As well, we have the newer, smaller, more accurate TPS62147/8.
