Can you help to supply the build-in MOS parameter? Customer want to know why PIN SW short to GND?

Like Vds, Reverse recovery time, and so on as below:

Hi,
I'm afraid it is confidential and can't be provided. The maximum drain to source voltage is 20V and usually the damage is caused by over voltage

Thanks! Customer has find the reason, sometimes the SW may high voltage to destroy the low side MOS, and add the snubber circuit to solve the problem.

Hi Eric,
I'm glad it is solved. In the next edition, you can recommend them to put the input capacitor closer to the IC VIN and GND pin, to solve the SW overshoot problem.
