TLV61220 has no bypass function, so it will try to have boost converter by min boost duty cycle and then stop switching again, so this can happen larger Vout ripple.

have any solution can solved the bigger ripple issue when Vin>=Vout?

What is the input voltage, output voltage and output current requirement? Maybe you can have a look at TPS61098x and TPS61099

TPS61098's package still can't meet my existing request, since TLV61220's package is SOT23-5.

Hi Judy,

for the SOT23 package device, we have TPS610995, but it is fixed 3.6V output.
another solution is TPS610997 which have bypass function through EN logic: Set the device to bypass function at VIN >VOUT and set the device to boost at VIN<VOUT.
There is no other solution if the two device can't meet the requirement.
