LM2941: Electronic differences between the LM2941CS, LM2941S / NOPB and LM2941SX / NOPB.

Hello. I wonder if there are electronic differences between the LM2941CS, LM2941S / NOPB and LM2941SX / NOPB. Both are TO263 KKT.
I ask this because there are price differences between them at the time of purchase.

Hi Ricardo,

LM2941CS has a different temperature range. There is no electrical difference between LM2941S/NOPB and LM2941SX/NOPB. The difference is that they come in different package quantities.
