UCC28633: UCC2863x datasheet typical application question

Part Number: UCC28633

In UCC2863x datasheet at section "9.2.4.8 Slope Compensation Verification", I couldn't follow this paragraph:

"As listed in Table 7, the specified peak-load transient is 130 W for 2 ms. In a worst case, peak transient timing with respect to the AC phase, the VBULK minimum level dips to 65 V."

In the table 7, related design parameters are like this:

Vac(min) = 88 V AC

Vbulk(min) = 82 V DC

I understood that this 82V DC is the level when the nominal output power (65W) is drained. And the paragraph says it is 65V DC when the output power is 130W.

What I couldn't find out is how did we obtain this. What is the equation to calculate this 65V value?

I tried to use the equation 21 in "section 9.2.4.2 Input Bulk Capacitance and Minimum Bulk Voltage". I took Pout as 130W, wrote down the other known values and tried to extract the Vbulk(min) from the equation with no luck.

Can someone explain this to me? Thanks in advance.
