LP2998: voltage accuracy

I have some question regarding the voltage accuracy of VTT and VREF. Our customer use this device for DDR2-SDRAM(SSTL-18).

At the JEDEC standardno.79-2E, it is shown at below.

Also on the datasheet of LP2998, VTT voltage is shown at below.

VTT is 0.939V at PVIN=VDDQ=1.8V, Io=0A. 

However it should be 0.94V at the standard. it has only 1mV margin.


Is this device possible to use for this DDR2?
If there are some ripple voltage on the VTT, it might be not acceptable for this DDR2 memory.

If this device is not acceptable for this DDR2 memory, should we change the termination device?
