ctm used other brand DCDC, with seems pin compatible but the power good pin is comp.

Can LMR16010 work with 2 cap and 1 resistor on the power good pin?

Piero,

Yes, that should be fine. PGOOD is an open-drain output flag. So if you don't need to monitor PGOOD then you can do whatever you want to this pin (provided you don't exceed the specs of the part).
