    Hi
    For LM3648 operation mode. The 0x01 bit 3 and bit 2 choose the mode(Standy by, IR mode, Torch mode,Flash mode).
    (1)In standby mode, it will depends on whether STRPOBE EN/ TORCH EN. it will be controlled by TORCH/STROBE pin signal.
    (2)In IR mode, the operation was controlled by strobe pin and works in flash mode;
    (3) In Torch mode, the operation will not controlled by external pin, it only controlled by internal register(torch current);
    (4) In Flash mode, the operation will not controlled by external pin, it only controlled by internal register(Flash current);
