LM27402: High Side FET broken

Hello,

During test LM27402 board, High side FET is broken like as shorted.

Could you check attached schematic if there is any fault?

Nicky,

Please take the SW pin voltage waveform when its working. The VDS maybe getting higher than FET rating due to overshoot. If this is the case you can try snubber on SW node. 1ohms and 470pF is a good starting point.
