Hello.

I have a question about the LM5161-Q1.

When shut down, how much is the current flowing through the RON pin?
Do you control current flowing in?
Data sheet P9 Referring to Figure 15, the impedance of RONPIN is low impedance of about 2 Ω.
Is this correct?

Also, I think that the shutdown current is as large as 50 uA (typ)
Why is this?

Hi,

In shutdown, the RON pin should be high impedance. It becomes low impedance when EN > 0.45V.

Shutdown IQ of 50uA is to support the startup supply rails and references.

２　On frequency fluctuation
Forced PWM
Vin = 48 V
Vout = 10 V
Ron = 200 kΩ
Fsw = 200 kHz
At the time of this setting
What is the frequency variation (MIN, MAX)?

I believe we only have the variation of the on time data from the datasheet from a given resistor

ON-TIME GENERATOR (min, typ, max)
TON Test 1 VIN = 24 V, RON = 100 kΩ 420 540 665 ns
TON Test 2 VIN = 48 V, RON = 100 kΩ 270 ns
TON Test 3 VIN = 8 V, RON = 100 kΩ 1150 1325 1500 ns
TON Test 4 VIN = 72V, RON = 150 kΩ 285 ns
