Hello,

My Customer has question about TL431AIPK.

What are values of absolute maximum ratings voltage of each pin REF pin & Anode pin?

    Hi Taichi,

    The Anode and Cathode cannot be more than 37V difference for ABS Max with cathode > anode. Anode is typically GND for most applications. We do not spec the forward voltage max which is the situation where anode > cathode
    .
    REF pin is specified by input current and not input voltage. We consider it a current pin so the ABS max is 10mA. I would not recommend to use the REF pin with more than 1mA.

    For numeric details check section 7.1 of the DS. We do not have more ABS max specs besides those.
