LM9061-Q1: Vout issue of LM9061-Q1

Dear Sir:

We reference datasheet figure 22 of LM9061-Q1 to design below circuit, Then Vout only 7.5V~8V , It can't turn on the MOS completely , What's wrong for this design? Does TI have some suggest to us? Thanks?

Thanks for your reply. After check , the point have mistake on schematic , Then actual PCB is correct as below picture , Would you kindly provide some suggest to us?

Hi Jason,

Please provide test waveforms for
1. Vin, Vout, GATE, Iin
2. Vout, GATE, Iin, delay

Test again with R5 short and C6 Open
