In optical encoder application, we have two different photodetectors that one of them generates Sin signal and the second one is generating cosine signal. By optical path adjustment, we can get a good Sin/Cosine signal but sometimes this adjustment takes a lot of times. In this case, that we can not make a 90-degree phase between two different signals from two different detectors to make the Lissajous curve similar to a circle, I was wondering whether I can use this component for making a phase between two input sinoside signal?
