On the TPS7A85 recommended operating condition table, VEN voltage range is 0V to VIN.
What happens if we add EN pin voltage higher than VIN? Is there possibility that device get destroyed?
Why can't we add higher voltage than VIN?

So long as Ven does not exceed 6.5 V, no damage should occur even if Ven exceeds Vin. The recommendation is due to the Sequencing Requirements in order to ensure that the accuracy is met.
Please note that the pin to pin next generation device TPS7A85A does not have this sequencing requirement. You will note that the current revision of the TPS7A85A datasheet still mentions in the Recommended Operating Conditions that Ven does not exceed Vin; however, this will be removed from the next revision of the TPS7A85A datasheet.
