Would populating a board with just the power system be a viable alternative?
Often it can be beneficial to validate the power is functioning standalone before trying to bring up the complete system.
I know the C66xx parts have specific power sequencing requirements and have run into previous issues associated with sequencing.
Unfortunately, I am not an expert on the DSP devices.
