TPS7B67-Q1: Quiescent Current

Dear, Sir.

My customer is evaluationg TPS7B6750-Q1 for their system.

Recently, OEM requirement to reduce the total ECU quiescent current, so I would

like to confirm followings. Expected condition are Vin = 12.8V (+- 0.2V), Ta = 20deg. C (+- 2deg.C).

Please give your advice.

1. The datasheet is defined for fixed 3.3V product. I wonder this definition will be reflected to 5V product?

2. The figure shows for Vo = 1.5V. Is it possible to provide the figure for 5V product?

    Hi H. Sakai,

    The top specification for the Iq parameter is actually for both the fixed output versions (3.3 V and 5 V).  

    The fixed output versions of TPS7B67-Q1 will have the same typical characteristics as the adjustable version set to a low output voltage; therefore, Figure 3 shows the typical characteristics of the fixed 5 V output as well.
