    The dimensions shown in packaging diagrams follow an industry standard (JEDEC TO-263 in this case) and are appended at the end of datasheets. Because the dimensions in question are not controlled dimensions, there is no specification. I can only give you a worst-case estimate of these dimensions based on the information provided from the datasheet. Please see the following picture:
