When configuring the switching power supply using this FET, there is a short period during which the current flows through the body diode before switching starts when the power is turned on.
Please tell me the following questions about the ability (tolerance) against this current.
1. Please tell the maximum rating of the current that can flow through the body diode.
In general, I think that it is possible to flow the same withstand current as the FET.
2. When the current flows through the body diode in a short period such as several 10 ms, how should I judge its current capability [(tolerance)?
Also please tell me how to calculate the current capability (tolerance) in that short time.
