I would like to select alternate part for CSD16327Q3 but the Webench shows that no alternate dual FETs.

May I know if you could let me know if there is other p2p and alternate part for CSD16327Q3?

Hi user,

Thank you for considering the LM34936. Why do you want to replace CSD16327Q3? Of course you can choose a different part, but if you can tell me the reason, I can recomend accordingly.

I still don't know what is the reason to change the FET, so I am not sure how to propose to avoid the similar problem. If you check TI website, the equivalent and pin to pin compatible devices are CSD16323 and CSD16340. Recommend you to post just with the FET part number in the subject and you will be guided to our FET group and experts there may give you more info.

Regarding Webench, you can use it to create a design, and use it as the start point and when you cut your know PCB, you can always change to a different MOSFET.

=> Yes, we JUST want to use a different part

TI's FET is no problem, we also no FET question

Please solve Webench LM34936 bug.(M1 and M2 can choose a different part, but M3 and M4 can't choose a different part)
