BQ24045: Part Marking on the package

Is there technical documentation on the device markings? I can't find a breakdown on the datasheet. We have parts that have "NXE" and "SII" as the first 3 markings on the device, and we are looking at failures that correspond to some of the markings.

Topside marking "NXE" is for BQ24040SQR/T
Topside marking "SII" is for BQ24045SQR/T
