This part, TPS5450-EP and also, the TPS54610-EP are listed to be as Hi-Rel TI parts, qualified for space applications. I would like to get the radiation test data on these parts such as total ionizing dose and sinle event latchup and upset.

Hey Munir,

TI's policy on EP parts is that they do not provide radiation test data on EP parts.
SP parts will often have this provided.

Daniel,
This is HI REL part. What does that mean in terms of radiation hardness of HI REL parts?
I am not interested in reliability answer. I understand that.

Hey Munir,

EP parts are not radiation tested or radiation assured.
Some customers use them in space applications which is why they are listed like that.

If the customer wants radiation test data they must buy an SP part.

If the customer wants Radiation teste parts they must buy SP.
