Could you provide below characteristics of the internal FET? They want to estimate the power dissipation of the IC. They don't need guarantee. They will use it as reference.

Turn-ON Time of Low side FET and High side FET
Turn-OFF Time of Low side FET and High side FET
Vf of body diode on Low side FET
Dead Time of the ON/OFF transition
Qgd of Low side FET and High side FET
Qoss of Low side FET and High side FET
