Hello TI support team.

I gotan issue with BQ-HI-Production software (ver. 2.0.4 Build3). In configuration tab there is only Bq34z100-G1 available, even though required .bqz containers are in config folder. [screens realated]. How can i configure BQ-HI-Production software to program BQ78350-R1?

    Hi Aleh,

    You are correct that the current version of the software posted to ti.com is specific for the BQ34z100-G1. There are different versions of the software available to support BQ78350-R1 and BQ34110. For some reason these were removed by mistake from the web site, so I have been working to get them re-released.

    I can get you the software this week. I sent you a private message to share it because it is too large to share on the forum. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hello, Thank's a lot for response.
    I also have an additional question about BQ-HI-PRODUCTION software: Is it possible to configure different station to test/program different devices eg.: bq78350-R1 and bq34z100-G1 at the same time?

    Hi Aleh,

    No, I don't think this is possible with one piece of software. It may be possible to run two instances of the software (one for bq78350-R1 and one for bq34z100-G1) on the same PC with two different EV2x00 modules, but this has not been tested. One very important thing I should mention is that the bq78350-R1 BQ-HI-PRODUCTION can only work with the EV2300 at the moment. An updated version will be released that supports the EV2400, but it is not available yet.
