If the application does not require high current drive, consider UCC27536 with 2.5A source current and 5A sink current capability. This device does have wider supply range (VDD = 35V max) and comes in SOT-23 pin out. 

Are you able to share the application or project where this high current is not a necessity?

Hi Eagle,

UCC27536 is a good alternative but you can also control drive current by choice of Vdd supply and also increasing your gate resistor which would reduce drive current from the driver IC. Though the driver is capable of 2.5A current, it will not necessarily drive that much current if you tune this gate resistor to your advantage.
