Will OUT1 (2x VIN) of the TPS60300 operate without C2F and COUT2?

    OUT1 will supply 2x VIN with only C1F and C1OUT (i.e. without C2F and C(OUT2)).

    However, this does not apply OUT2; C1F, C(OUT1), C2F and C(OUT2) are all required for operation of OUT2.
