Hello Steiner,

This question comes up often and can be confusing. The device datasheet states that it is RoHS compliant but the TI website shows both RoHS compliant and RoHS exempt. Let me explain further. The CSD19534KCS uses leaded solder die attach internally and is RoHS compliant using exemption 7a as shown on page 16 of the attached document.
