TLC5951: RTA (S-PQFP-N40) (WQFN) Package Thermal Pad Dimensions

Hello TI-Team, iam looking for the Dimensions of the Thermal Pad for the RTA Package:
in the Datasheet on Page 49 it mentions 'See product datasheet for dimensions'
www.ti.com/.../tlc5951.pdf
- but in the product datasheet are no dimensions or landing-patterns for the RTA (S-PQFP-N40) (WQFN) Package Thermal PAD

can you pleas add the missing dimensions/landingpattern information to the datasheet?

Hi Stefan,

the last page in the datasheet shows the RTA dimensions, please refer that page.

thanks for your response.
sorry for the confusion - i mentioned and linked to the wrong page - but i did find the Page49 - i fixed it in the first post..
on Page49 on the bottom in Note D it mentions that the Thermal Pad dimensions are in the datasheet... and i can't find theme.

Hi Stefan,

The thermal pad on the RTA package for this part is 4.15 mm square. Please see attached drawing, which has everything you're looking for. I'll see if we can get the datasheet updated to embed this drawing.
