I did not find TPS51206 MTBF data, but I did found TPS51200 MTBF data.

TPS51200 and TPS51206 use the same process/technique and similar package.

Please refer to the TPS51200 data. Sorry about it.

Would have had the info if it had been released. it also didn't say how long a component would last under "normal" operating conditions before it fails.
