BQ24610EVM: question about the two GND used in the EVM

Hello,

I have a question about the layout for a two-layer PCB in which the components will go only in the top layer. For this, I'm looking at the sheets of bq24610 and bq24610EVM. In the schematic of the EVM, it is seen that two different GND are used (figure 10, page 19, SLUU396A). A PGND that I understand is the analog GND and another GND with no name that I understand is the digital GND. The problem is that I can not find the point where these two GND come together, looking at the figures 2,3,4 and 5. I also tried to look at it with the P-CAD files () of the EVM but not having much experience in layout and with this software I can not locate the union of these two GND.
