i meant to add details of our company Weinberg Electronic. We are a space power company owned by Alan Weinberg who is considered by many as one of the leading experts in space power . FYI just some of Alans designs all used on the ISS :

The arrays connect to a sequential shunt unit known S3 R – this was invented by Alan when he worked for ESA ( European Space Agency ) FYI : D Osullivan was his manager Alan was the inventor. See www.researchgate.net/.../255657570_S3R_Stability_Margins_and_Design_Guidelines

Because Alan worked for ESA the patent was owned by them and ESA allowed NASA to use their patent.
