What is Vin range, if Vin is < Vo, then you actually can use boost topology instead of the Sepic topology.
The parameter is OK. for the main inductor, you choose a 2-3A rating inductor , which is enough for this application if the minimum Vin is around 12V.
Why do you add inductor L16, this inductor is not good , it will introduce input voltage ringing problem. You can use a 2A rating bead instead.

The input range is 7-18V, normal voltage is 12V. The output voltage is 15V, so we have to use sepic.
L16 combines with the capacitors form a pi filter, the customer uses it for EMI improvement. Can we pass EMI test without L16 for the sepic circuit?

Hi Dongbao,
EMI is mainly related to the layout, then the filter. The bead has wider frequency range than the inductor. So I suggest you use a 2-3A rating bead at the input side.
